Refund policy

Include the order email, product, and a description of the problem. Do not send payment credentials. We may ask for information needed to reproduce a delivery or file issue.

We review requests based on delivery status, duplicate purchases, material defects, inability to access purchased files, and applicable law. A refund may revoke access to the refunded product and its releases.

Where a payment provider processes the transaction, the refund is issued through that provider when possible. Provider timing and bank processing times may apply.
